Inviting Teammates
Team management lives on the Settings page, under the Team section. Only an org admin can invite or remove people — everyone else can see the team list but not change it.
Sending an invite
- Open Settings → Team You'll see the current member list and how many of your org's seats are filled.
- Enter their email and send the invite They're added as a member — invited teammates don't get org-admin rights through this flow.
- They accept via emailed link The invite email points them to an acceptance page; once accepted, they sign in and see the org's agents.

Seats
Your org has a fixed number of seats. An invite is rejected if the org is already at its seat limit — ask your admin to free a seat (remove an inactive member) or contact JMN AI to raise the limit. Inviting an email that's already a member is rejected too, rather than sending a duplicate invite.
Removing someone
An org admin can remove a member from the same Team section. This frees their seat immediately for a new invite.
Note
There's no public sign-up page for JMN AI. New organizations are provisioned by the JMN AI team directly — invites only add people to an org that already exists. If you need a brand-new organization (a new client, not a new teammate), that's a request to JMN AI, not something done from Settings.
