04.2 — Account & Team

Usage & Credits

Every run against a model costs something. JMN AI translates that into a single number your org watches — credits — without exposing the underlying dollar accounting.

Where to find it

Your credit balance is on the Settings page, alongside a usage chart you can view by hour, day, or month. What you see depends on your role:

RoleSees
MemberTheir own runs, documents processed, and tokens — scoped to themselves only
Org adminThe whole org's usage, plus a breakdown by teammate

Neither role sees raw dollar costs or a per-model cost breakdown — those stay internal to JMN AI. Credits are the one number that matters day to day.

What happens near and at zero

Your org has a low-balance threshold. Cross it and JMN AI sends a one-time alert so there's a warning before anything stops — topping up resets that alert so you'll be warned again next time you approach zero.

If the balance actually runs out, new runs are stopped with a plain "out of credits — contact your admin" message rather than failing silently or queuing indefinitely. Work already completed isn't affected; only new runs are blocked until the org is topped up.

Note

Topping up credits and raising seat limits are both handled by JMN AI directly — neither is currently a self-service action inside the app.
